b. Information from Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children interact with the game using only a display name chosen by the parent or child at the time of play — no email address or contact information is required or stored for child accounts.

c. Usage Data

We collect anonymous gameplay data including: grade level selected, problems attempted, correct/incorrect answers, time spent, and which game worlds were played. This data is used solely to improve the learning experience.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide access to the parent dashboard and learning content
• Show parents their child's learning progress
• Improve our math games and problem quality
• Respond to support inquiries

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our website is designed for children but intended to be used under parental supervision.

• We only collect personal information from parents or guardians
• We require parents to provide explicit consent before creating an account
• We do not collect a child's name, email, location, or any other personally identifiable information

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website:

• Google Cloud Platform — hosting, database, and infrastructure
• OpenAI — generating math problems (no personal data is sent to OpenAI)

These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

We retain parent account information for as long as your account is active. Anonymous gameplay data (problem attempts, stars earned) is retained indefinitely to track long-term learning progress. Upon account deletion request, we will remove your email and password within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
